About Spark Fellowship
Spark Fellowship is a program operated by Fab, an AI-powered business assistant with roots in Turkey and Germany. Applying to or taking part in the fellowship means you accept these terms and our privacy practices described below.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active fellows by email and reflected in the date at the top of this page.
02
Who can apply
Spark Fellowship is open to university students and recent graduates who want real startup careers. Specific eligibility (cohort city, year of study, residency) is listed on the active cohort's page. You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Acceptance is based on your application and fit with the program. We reserve the right to refuse any application at our discretion.
03
Program commitment
The program is free. Accepted fellows receive live sessions with founders, operators and investors, plus weekly exercises to practice what you hear.
In exchange, you agree to attend the sessions and complete the exercises. Missing sessions or exercises may result in removal from the cohort.
Graduates can apply to open positions at Fab or at startups in our network. We do not promise or guarantee any offer — hiring decisions rest with the hiring company.
04
Your data
When you apply, we collect information you provide (name, contact details, your answers) along with basic analytics about how you use sparkfellows.com. We use this data to evaluate applications, run the program, and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the program (email, hosting, analytics) and with startups in our network that you explicitly opt in to be introduced to.
05
Cookies
We use a small set of cookies to make the site work and, with your consent, to understand usage patterns. You can manage your preferences any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are only loaded if you have opted in.
06
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the GDPR where relevant), you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fab.page. We will respond within 30 days.

08
Liability
The program is provided as-is. We do our best to run it well, but we make no warranties about outcomes, introductions, or career results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us, which for this program is zero.
