AI is changing everything. Half the jobs we studied for are disappearing. The skills we were taught? Companies don't need them. We're at a crossroads.
Learn how the new world works — or spend the next decade catching up.
Yes, if
You're a 3rd or 4th year student or recent graduate in Germany. Curious about startups and AI. You learn by doing.
No, if
You want magic solutions, prefer theory over doing, or aren't curious about how things are changing.
Theme 1

Online. Four weeks, starting 24 May 2026. Two or three sessions a week after 6pm Berlin time.
The program is free. In exchange, you ship weekly exercises — some sharpen you as a founder, some help us run our cohort events.
Most take under five minutes. A few — usually AI practice — run longer. Nothing heavy. Nothing you can't handle.
Miss one and you're out. That's how we keep the bar high.
In return: you sit in rooms most students never get into — founders, operators, investors, unfiltered. You learn by talking to them, and you practice some of what you hear the same week.
In the end, you'll be able to apply to open positions at Fab and the startups in our network.
Behind Spark
Fab is an AI-powered business assistant that gets shit done for client-facing tasks. Fully remote startup (US-based) with strong roots in Turkey and Germany. Our founding team includes a serial entrepreneur, digital growth expert, and designer behind experiences at Getir, Midas, and Intenseye.
Yes — it's a fellowship, but it's also the path. We're currently hiring for 2 intern positions at Fab, plus other openings across startups in our network. To be eligible, you complete the 4-week program first; the fellowship is how we get to know you. Finish it, and you can apply to the 2 intern roles or any other opening in the network.
No. Whether you're in business, engineering, design, humanities, or science, you're welcome. We're in an AI-shaped world — what matters is that you're curious and ready to do the work, not what's on your transcript.
3rd- or 4th-year students at a German university, or recent graduates based in Germany. We can't accept applicants outside Germany or not enrolled at a German university.
Apply by the deadline. We review every application and select based on motivation and fit, then email you if you're in.
You have to finish every one to stay in — but most take under five minutes, and only a few (usually AI practice) run longer. Nothing you can't handle alongside university.
Two or three live sessions a week after 6pm Berlin time (depending on the lineup), plus weekly exercises. Most exercises are short — a couple of the AI-practice ones are longer. Manageable.
Online, via Zoom or a similar video conferencing platform.
English. Sessions, exercises, and all written materials are in English.
One fellowship. City by city.
